Today's MotorVation looks at the challenge of knowing what to stop doing & what to start doing. But sadly, too many don't even slow down to determine if there are things that they should stop or start. So, let's look at this by considering the following.
First: if you have not done so in a while – take a look at your life for this last year. Is it good or is it challenged? Second: consider the words that family, friends and or co-workers are telling you – or if they have quit talking with you. Third: review your goals – are you on your way to achieving them or do they seem still so far off? |
For your answers to these three challenges will be good indicators for things that you need to make decisions on – the what you may need to stop doing, and for other things that you need to start doing. Now what your decisions should be, you'll have to decide. It could be in regard to how you are spending your money, or who your friends are or aren't . . . and yes, the decisions you make, may not be easy ones. But know this. If things are not on track as they need to be, then hard decisions need to be made (and you can do it). Thanks for thinking on this and while you pursue what you need to, remember . . . Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow. |
