Our 'Checklist for Life' book insights continue with a look at the challenge of 'Do Onto Others' aka 'The Golden Rule.'
Now, what this means, rolls us back to the Bible and it urges us (as Jesus taught) to treat others as we would like to be treated. And the example shared is in what we think or do in regards to our 'enemies'. We are reminded that we can love our enemies by praying for them (not for their disgrace, downfall or destruction). Easy? __ Prevent myself from 'keeping score' in my relationships.
__ Ask for forgiveness when I behave in an unloving, uncompassionate way.
