As we move closer & closer to adulthood, one question we hear is . . . “Do you know what you want to be when you get older? ” That's a good question but a better one is . . . “Do you know what you are becoming now? ” The reason I bring this is due to the sad reality – it appears that we don't have enough people asking this today. And without others or ourselves asking this – we have so may who don't realize – or they don't care that they are becoming horrible people (the “Me” mentality that so many have is getting out of control). |
Because one way of another, we have to raise the bar and get more and more people to see themselves for who they are, and to compare that against the respectful, the compassionate and the honorable that we need.
