I know, some of you thought I may share a few words on Batman & Robin but they are not the dynamic duo we're talking about here. I know until this week's mens meeting - I had not thought much on the linkage of Wisdom and Grace. I'll use the few lines here this week to share what we learned and I hope if they trigger any comments, you'll let us know via our Contact Form (and we'll respond as soon as we can). |
Being aware of these helps us to learn, to prepare and when the need arises, to do so. But we also learned that the biblical approach for this is to know that engaging with wisdom and grace requires love (a stepping up challenge). That means we should be thinking of the needs of others as more important that our own. I assume that you would agree - we tend not to do that and that is one of the 'easier said then done'. So join us in pondering how we interpret what wisdom and grace means to us. . . and if you can, keep an eye out for those you see doing things with wisdom and grace. We can always learn from others. To close, don't forget: Wisdom and Grace are easier to pursue when we leverage our faith. We hope this quote from Vince via our Summer to Fall Review (S2FR) #7 on Faith gives you a good consideration to build upon. |
