The challenge for us all is that we all need to talk in our day to day interactions. It is what we say, how we say it and what we intend, that makes all the difference. So, are you one who tends to be negative or harsh in your words or are you trying to be kind and helpful? What about what you say about others? Do you add to the gossip train or one that shuts it down? And if you are a parent or grandparent, are you a good or a bad role model for the words you use? If you're on the good track, thank you.
