We now change gears as our Journey Forward continues. Where the last 7 weeks shared information from Andy Andrews on the Seven Decisions (scroll down to see those), this week's message will summarize information that our Men's Fraternity reviewed and discussed over the past weeks based on Patrick Morley's Man in the Mirror series - Man Alive. Consider the following. As men, we all are on a journey - to where and how well we do are the key questions. Have you felt - "I just feel like I am in this alone". Do you have a litmus test for a real friend? You may want to read Phil. 1:30, Gal. 6:2, Hebrews 10:24-25 to gain some faith insights to this or. . . Have you thought - I don't feel like God cares about me personally". Many men know just enough about God to be disappointed. If this is you. . . | Help spread the word for May 2nd. 3rd and 4th (Fri, Sat & Sun). Have you been thinking… There’s got to be more to life than this! You can register now for the “Success That Matters” seminar. Hosted bt the Log Church REAL Men at Trout Lake Camp. This “Man in the Mirror” focused 3 day seminar is an invitation to all men. Are you like most men – wondering how do I. . . Find Purpose for my life? Find Respect and Honor at Home? Find a New best Friend in My Wife? Find a Deeper Personal Relationship with God? For more information on registering, contact Ben Allen at 218-821-9729 or [email protected] |
Do you believe - "That I don't feel my life has a purpose". Poor and rich alike have wondered that as well. See Ecc. 2:11, Matt. 28:19, Luke 6:46-49 and you will see we all have a purpose and so much more.
With those words and Bible verses above to ponder, where best to start? Despite our challenges; know that we all have struggles. We are here to help each other and to encourage each other. Just like the lost son who returned to his father, know that God (our Father in heaven) loves us and because of our faith and His grace, we are saved. It doesn't matter that we have done foolish things or have wondered if all that we do is meaningless (been there, done that). |
“You error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.”
