First, if you don't feel happy, know that is something you can control. Second, stop worrying about was is wrong or what you don't have. Just do what you can on your worries, turn them over to God and be thankful for what you have. Third, consider what Proverbs 3:13 reminds us of . . . “Happy is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding.” |
All I know, we all have it within us to be as happy or as mad, frustrated, sour or whatever as we want to be. I like the happy and appreciative journey. It's the no anger, frustration, and stress way that I choose to be. But, what say you?
